We bring them out of their shells
In this program, kids will learn the elements of self-defense - the #1 reason kids want to learn Martial Arts. By working towards this goal they are taught self-discipline, concentration, respect for themselves and others as well as comprehensive listening skills. All these traits are beneficial, not only during the formative years of their development, but throughout their lives.
Learning Martial Arts develops self-esteem and can create a greater sense of self-confidence in the lives of each individual. The improved self-esteem that they will develop can help to overcome negative peer pressures that may be prevalent in their schools or social environments. At World Championship Martial Arts we train kids to realize that they have a constructive way to conquer their personal fears- through Martial Arts training.
The style of Martial Arts training will extend into other areas of life, often projecting into their school experience. The self-discipline that is taught in our classes is recognized for frequently resulting in greater concentration and often higher grade averages. Our training can help correct poor or inefficient learning habits, and best of all, they feel better about themselves overall.

If you had asked me a year ago if I had any interested in attemping a fitness program I would have laughed at you. My brother finally convinced me to come and try a kickboxing class, I did and I think I may have died after the first class but I went back and fell in love with it. It is part of me now. In October of 2011 I thought I would take the next step and attempt sparring which I also fell in love with which took me to the next level and I decided to attempt a competition which was Nationals. Very proud of myself for even going and came home with the silver medal, can't wait to do it again. I am now down 40lbs and 22". A HUGE THANK YOU TO World Championship Martial Arts, Jason Mancini, Jordan Preston and everyone else who helped me along the way, you know who you are..my hubby who supported me and my brother Mark Goodridge who convinced me to start this amazing new journey I am on.

Hi my name is Brendan Majewski and I joined World Championship Martial Arts about 5 months ago. Since my membership, I actually have hit personal goals I never thought I would. I've lost over 25lbs and I haven't been this size in over 6 years. I have to thank this achievement to all the great staff at WCMA. I've never met a better group of people that are so nice, friendly, and genuinely want to help you. The teachers are very motivated and excel at pushing you to do your best. All in all a great place and I'm happy with everyone at WCMA.

Before I started training at World Championship Martial Arts I thought I was in good shape, but there has yet to be a class I have gone to where I have not been challenged. I have trained as an elite athlete for many years and the classes and training sessions offered at WCMA are by far the best workouts I have been put through.
Being new to Kickboxing and Martial Arts training the first thing I noticed was that the classes run at WCMA are challenging for people of all skill and fitness levels.
Jason and Jordan make all members feel like they are part of the WCMA family and not just a member at their training facility. It is a great place to train, whatever your fitness goals may be, and as a newer member I can already see noticeable changes in my personal health and fitness.
